There is a new and efficient marketplace for the real estate industry.
“It makes it better for people that are looking to sell their house with an agent, or people that might want to sell their house and go directly to a buyer,” said Paul Wakim, CEO and co-founder of TwnSqr Inc., during the KDKA Radio Morning Show on Wednesday.
“We created town square as a way for you to signal, or find out, who the best person is to list your house,” Wakim adds.
The seller uploads information on the property to Twn Sqr’s website. The neighborhood and interior pictures of the house are then viewable to a purchaser.
“We make real estate agents or buyers that are interested in purchasing your property, we make them on our site, place offers for the right to unlock that information and be the first person in the door,” Wakim explains.
