A Pittsburgh Police Officer who was fired in connection with the tasing death of Jim Rogers has been sued again in a separate tasing incident.

In a lawsuit filed by attorney Todd Hollis, Keith Edmonds is accused of tasing and injuring a suspected shoplifter in the parking garage at Target in East Liberty.

The lawsuit claims use of the taser was excessive and violated city policy.

The city and Target were also named in the suit.
