A Consumer Alert has been issued for a Pittsburgh-area pizzeria.
A report from the Allegheny County Health Department shows Mia Pizza, on the 499 block of Baum Boulevard in Bloomfield was hit with 10 violations.
High risk violations include chicken wings and a bag of sausage temped at 48 and 50 degrees respectively in a flip-top prep cooler. Temps must be 41 degrees or lower.
Another high-risk violation came after a manager was seen not changing gloves after using their cell phone and not washing their hands after changing gloves before working with raw chicken.
Fresh rodent droppings were found in several areas including in the front storage area, in between prep coolers, in a dry storage, in the employee restroom and behind a cooler holding pizza dough.

Restaurants with a Consumer Alert are allowed to continue to operate, pending re-inspection.
