Pittsburgh Public Theater and CLO will merge

The boards of Pittsburgh's Public Theater and CLO have voted to merge the companies.

A message to supporters says the CLO's 80th anniversary season will continue unchanged and so will the Public Theater's season.

Programming for the merged organization will begin in 2027.
