River Rescue was called to the Rachel Carson Bridge Sunday afternoon after someone reported seeing a man go into the Allegheny River.
Two boats with three divers arrived around 2:30 p.m.
The unidentified man's body was recovered after four dives.
He was pronounced dead at 3:50.
The identity and cause of death will be determined by the coroner’s office.
