A fugitive in a fatal shooting is in custody.
18-year-old Ronald Stanford of White Oak was arrested by Pittsburgh Police detectives on criminal homicide, reckless endangerment and weapons charges.
Stanford is accused of shooting a man in the abdomen during an argument on June 30 in the 2200 block of Wilner Drive in the East Hills.
The victim died at the scene.
