Pittsburgh Public Safety says a woman was stabbed early Monday morning inside a room at the Wyndham Hotel Downtown.
It happened a few minutes before 3 a.m.
Two women got into an argument and one stabbed the other's hand with a fork.
The woman was arrested and is facing charges.
