A Pittsburgh-area teen is suing Panera Bread after going into cardiac arrest when he drank a Charged Lemonade.

Luke Adams was admitted at Forbes Hospital for over a week.

The cardiologist who treated Adams said he was unconscious and was having seizures after drinking a 30-ounce Charged Lemonade.

The doctor says the heavy caffeine intake was a potential trigger for the otherwise healthy teen.

It's at least the fourth lawsuit against Panera which has announced it is discontinuing the drink.
