Pittsburgh Police and the family of a homicide victim are asking the public for help for any information that will help solve his murder.
39-year-old Dennis Winger was killed on July 14, 2022.
He was found unresponsive inside a vehicle at the intersection of Vince Street and Fifth Avenue in the Crawford-Roberts Section.
He was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound and later died.
His family is asking for anyone who saw or heard anything to come forward.
"Denny was a father and family man and he loved his three girls. He was a prankster and a joker, but he would also literally give anyone the shirt off his back if they were in need. He was a person and he had value," said his mother Debbie.
