UPDATE: From Pittsburgh Public Safety
This incident has concluded. Police and a co-response social worker attempted to assist a male experiencing a mental health crisis. The case has been referred to Resolve.
Pittsburgh Police are on the scene of a SWAT situation in Beechview.
A man is barricaded inside a vehicle on the 1300 block of Rutherford Avenue.
Pittsburgh Public Safety says negotiators are on the scene and are asking the public to "please avoid the area at this time."
