Allegheny County Police are investigating a deadly hit and run accident on William Penn Highway in Wilkins Township.
First responders were called around 4:45 a.m. to the 3400 block of the highway near Kingston Drive.
A man was struck by a vehicle and the driver left the scene.
Detectives are working to identify the vehicle.
The victim has not been identified.
