Police in Washington County are investigating a social media threat against the Ringgold School District.
In a letter to parents, district leaders say they were made aware of the threat against students at the middle school earlier this week.
School doesn't start for Ringgold students for about two weeks.
School and Monongahela Police are investigating the threat.
