Police in Latrobe are making the public aware of an increase of incidents involving nails on roadways.
They say they’ve been made aware of vehicles running over nails on local roads or a large number of nails dumped on a road.
Police are asking the public to contact them at 724=537-5526 if they have been seen or been a victim of the nails on the roadways.
Officials are trying to determine if the acts are malicious in nature or are accidental.
