Police say the dog was found alone on Tennis Court Road in North Park on Friday, August 1 around 10 p.m.
The dog had no identifying information on him and police have been unable find the owner.
Police say they are taking care of the dog and that he is safe "but we'd like to get him back home."
If you know who owns the dog or are the dog's owner, please call the North Park office at 724-935-1901.
The dog is not up for adoption and police are only looking for the owner.
