Wilkinsburg police are searching for a burglary suspect who escaped officers at UPMC Shadyside.
Davon Brown is accused in a series of burglaries in Wilkinsburg and escaped at the hospital while he was waiting to be transferred to the Allegheny County Jail.
Police say Brown stole a vehicle and more over the course of three days.
He was arrested Friday and taken to the hospital after suffering a suspected drug overdose.
He's described as 6-feet-tall, weighing 230 pounds and is bald.
