PITSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Pittsburgh Police have made an arrest in a hit and run involving a pedestrian that happened Thursday evening.
Initial reports from the scene indicated that a 14-year-old girl was hit by a vehicle and the driver fled the scene.
However, Friday morning police said the victim was not a child, but rather a 35-year-old woman who was taken to a local hospital. She reportedly had a concussion and was confused, but in stable condition.
East Hills resident, 23-year-old Rochell Brewton was arrested. She will be charged with causing an accident resulting in injury while not licensed.
