Police make quick arrest after bank robbery in Bloomfield

Pittsburgh Police took quick action after a bank robbery in Bloomfield Thursday morning.

They say a man claiming to have a gun demanded money from the First National Bank branch on the 4700 block of Liberty Avenue just after 11:30 a.m.

A suspect was caught by police a short distance away, whom they said was wearing the same clothes as the robber, and also had the stolen cash.

Police have identified the suspect of 36-year-old Aaron Roth of Pittsburgh. He faces multiple charges and is currently in the Allegheny County Jail.
