The search continues for a man accused of firing shots at police officers in Penn Hills.
It all began around 5:30 Thursday morning, when police say two Pittsburgh police detectives were investigating 40-year-old Darrell Barham at a home on Newfield Drive in Wilkinsburg.
Barham is on federal probation.
Detectives were keeping an eye on Barham's vehicle, and at one point left the scene.
When Barham realized he was being watched, he got into a vehicle and drove after them.
That's when detectives heard and saw gunfire coming from Barham's vehicle along Hulton Road near Iowa Street.
County police say Barham is described as 5-foot-11 and about 210 pounds, he may have a gun and should be considered dangerous.
