Pittsburgh Police are warning the public about a man who has been spotted lurking around buildings and looking into apartment windows around Oakland.
Authorities are asking for help identifying the man in the photo above.
He was captured on security camera on more than occasion. He was seen looking into windows and climbing the fire escapes of apartment buildings.
Police remind the public to lock your windows and doors, even if you are home and call 911 immediately if you see the man.
