An Allegheny Township, Westmoreland County man is accused of offering to purchase a 6-year-old girl from her mother.
Authorities say 43-year-old Theodore Magee referred to the child as his "girlfriend" in videos and messages, and offered to purchase the girl from her mom for $5,000.
According to a criminal complaint, Magee touched the girl inappropriately while watching her overnight last March.
The man is charged with a half-dozen felonies.
