A Butler County mother is accused of overdosing at home in front of her two children.
43-year-old Nicole Schaefers was arrested last month.
Cranberry Police called to Schaefers home on Wheatfield Drive last month say they found her passed out in a bathroom.
She had a weak pulse and was revived by first responders.
Officers found her boyfriend in the master bedroom. Robert West Jr., also suffering from an overdose, could not be revived.
Authorities say tests show Schaefers overdosed from a combination of drugs, including tranquilizers, cocaine, speed and meth.
It appears West died from a similar combination.
Schaefers is facing a felony charge of endangering the welfare of children.
