A group called Americans for Prosperity is offering gas for $2.38 this coming Monday.

The location of the discounted gas will be released 24 hours from the event, but will be at a gas station within the City of Pittsburgh

The price is reflective of the price of gas in January 2021.

The discount will be given on a first come, first serve basis.

No RVs or gas cans are permitted and the discount is only for the unleaded blend.

Members of the group will also be on hand during the event that is offering “pre-inflation gas” prices and pointing out, what they say, is a failure of President Joe Biden’s economic plan.

American’s for Prosperity is described as a Libertarian/Conservative group founded by the Koch brothers nearly 20 years ago.

The group “focuses on empowering individuals and businesses to achieve their full potential by reducing the size and cost of government and promoting policies that reward hard work and innovation,” according to a release.
