The Port Authority will host one more public meeting tonight to discuss NEXTransit, the service's plan for improving Allegheny County transit.
CEO Katharine Kellerman told Larry Richert and Kevin Battle on the KDKA Radio Morning Show this is one last opportunity for folks to have their say on what transit should look like over the next 25 years.
"It's time for us to carve out a transportation system that we deserve, especially now," she said. "It's really exciting and we want folks to come and tell us, have we heard them and what they would like use to do a little differently."
That virtual meetings will be held at 6:00 Tuesday evening (March 2). Those interested in attending can register online at NEXTransit.network/events.
