The Powerball’s jackpot now stands at $975 million after Monday’s drawing went without a winner, but someone in Southwestern PA did win a prize worth $150,000.
The PA Lottery says a ticket sold at Rutter’s on Waltz Mill Road in Ruffs Dale, Westmoreland County matched four of the five white balls drawn, 6, 37, 54, 55, 64 to win $150,000.
Another ticket, also worth $150,000 was sold in Erie County.
Winners should sign the back of their ticket immediately and contact the Lottery to begin the claiming process.
Over 102,200 other Powerball tickets sold across Pennsylvania have a prize of some value on them.
Wednesday’s $975 million, or $422.3 million cash, drawing will be the eight-largest in Powerball history.
