Prosecutors have seized a number of items including a boat, a pick up and more in a Coraopolis drug bust

Multiple law enforcement agencies searched the Statia Street Home of 40 year old Nicholas Giese on Thursday morning after he was suspected of being involved in drugs.

Police say Giese surrendered once officers entered his home with their warrant.

Police say they saw suspected cocaine on the kitchen counter, and ore was found in the basement.

Officers from the District Attorney's Narcotics Enforcement Team then recovered a Chevy Silverado, a Kitchen Boat and Trailer, suspected mushrooms, two guns, and nearly $30,000 in cash.

“This is a powerful example of the continuing efforts to impact the West End sections of Pittsburgh,” said DA Zappala. “Our office proudly recognizes and extends its appreciation to all of the partner agencies for their collaboration in this operation".

Giese has a preliminary hearing on March 31st.
