President Vladimir Putin has been taking questions today from the Russian people.
Asked about a possible prisoner swap for Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich and U.S. Marine veteran Paul Whelan, Putin said he hopes an agreement will be reached, but the US has to listen to Russia's conditions.
Both men are being held on espionage charges.
There's no indication Butler native Marc Fogel could be included in a prisoner exchange.
Fogel is in a Russian labor camp after being arrested for possession of medical marijuana.
