The one-time fiancé of Rachael DelTondo is facing strangulation and child endangerment charges.
Frank Catroppa was arrested by Moon Township Police earlier this month, accused of strangling his current girlfriend, hitting her child and destroying video evidence of the incident.
The 43-year-old was questioned by police following the murder of Rachael DelTondo in Aliquippa and denied any involvement.
Their wedding was called off less than a year before DelTondo was gunned down in her mother's driveway in 2018.
DelTondo had a troubled relationship with former Quips football star Sheldon Jeter, who was named the prime suspect in her killing last year.
Catroppa was released without bail and has a hearing set for the end of October.
