According to a report from the Allegheny County Health Department, a restaurant remains closed after it was ordered closed earlier this month.
The report shows Kirkland’s Bussin Kitchen on Broadway Avenue in Stowe Township remains closed after a reinspection on July 14.
The Health Department says that the restaurant’s permit is suspended after the reinspection.
The reinspection found that the following conditions to reopen were not met:
- Pay food permit fee
- Ensure food probe is available to monitor food temperatures
- Clean the food utensil rack and walls
- Ensure all handwashing sinks have paper towels
- Make sure back room is free of rodent droppings
- repair a gap around the front door
- And more.
