A Subway sandwich location in Western PA remains out of compliance after another follow-up inspection by state officials.
The Department of Agriculture’s Bureau of Food Safety says the Subway on Wilmington Road in New Castle continues to have cooler issues.
According to an inspection the restaurant continues to have “insufficient cooling equipment. The undercounter cooler has not been repaired.”
The Health department says this is the fourth time the restaurant has been out of compliance since the initial inspection on August 7.
