A bar/restaurant in Southwestern PA has been ruled “out of compliance” following an inspection Thursday.
The PA Department of Agriculture’s Bureau of Food Safety says Third Base Inn on 11th Street in Beaver Falls had a total of four risk factors after the inspection.
Those risk factors include frozen and raw chicken was sitting out and not in a refrigerator during the entire inspection.
The soda nozzle had a “slimy food residue and was not clean to sight and touch.” Inspectors say that is a repeat violation.
Inspectors also noted that the person in charge failed to following directive in a previous warning letter that was dated May 2, 2025.
A follow up is scheduled within 10 days.
