Raw chick was seen using raw chicken boxes to store cooked egg rolls, (a repeat violation).
Containers will rice in them were seen to have old food residue on them and were not clean, food containers, utensils and other items are being washed without sanitizer.
Sanitizer is not being used to clean tables and other food contact surfaces after raw chicken is on them.
Several cooked foods including noodles and cabbage were held at 59 degrees, well above the 41 degrees or lower threshold.
Other foods were seen not being cooled properly.
