Pennsylvania State Police released information this week about a Butler County man that was scammed out of over $42,000 by a person claiming to be a WWE female wrestler.
Troopers say a scammer told the victim they were WWE Superstar Rhea Ripley and they needed money.
The victim lost a total of $42,700 in the scam.
Troopers say the victim “refused to cooperate with the investigation” that took place back in March.
