UPDATE: Pittsburgh Public Safety says the school bus crashed into four parked cars, stops to a house and stopped when it crashed into a tree.
The driver was taken to a local hospital in stable condition and ten children were evaluated were also evaluated for bumps and bruises on the scene.
All of the students were picked up by parents or guardians.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
A school bus crashed into a tree Thursday morning in Pittsburgh.
It happened around 7:50 on the 5500 block of Bryant Street in Highland Park.
Photos show the bus on a sidewalk and the front crashed into a tree.
The front of the bus sustained heavy damage.
It’s unknown if anyone was on the bus at the time.
