PITTSBURGH (100.1 FM and AM 1020 KDKA) A crash involving a school bus and a tractor-trailer on 79 North in Muddy Creek Township Tuesday claimed the lives of the bus driver and a 14-year-old girl.

State Police said the driver, a 31-year-old man and the girl, who was riding on the bus were flown from the scene to hospitals and later pronounced dead.
The girl was a student at the Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center in Midland.
A statement posted to the school's social media account says they are devastated by the loss.
The school is postponing performances Thursday and Friday.
Five other students were treated at UPMC for non-life-threatening injuries.
