A Pennsylvania Lottery Scratch-Off ticket worth $3 million was sold in Southwestern PA recently.

The Lottery says the "3s a Charm" ticket was sold at the Exxon on Rostraver Road in Belle Vernon.

"3s a Charm" is a $30 game that offers a top prize of $3 million.

Winners should sign the back of their ticket immediately and contact the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481 to begin the claiming process.

Scratch-Off prizes expire one year after the end-sale date, which is posted on the Lottery's website.
