Someone in Allegheny County is holding a PA Lottery Scratch-Off ticket worth $3 million.
The "3s a Charm" ticket was sold at the Welmart BP on Alter Road in Harrison Township.
"3s a Charm" is a $30 game that offers a top prize of $3 million.
Winners should sign the back of their ticket immediately and contact the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481 to begin the claiming process.
Winners have one year from the game's sale expiration date to claim their prize.
Game expiration dates can be found on the Lottery's website.
Scratch-Off tickets are sold at random across Pennsylvania, meaning the Lottery doesn't know where winning tickets will end up.
