A Penn Hills woman has been arrested in the fentanyl death of her seven-month-old granddaughter.

It's the second arrest made in the case. Investigators determined Zhuri Bogle overdosed on fentanyl in January while in the care of her grandmother and her grandmother's friend.

58-year-old David Poindexter was arrested last month and charged with involuntary manslaughter.

He was already in jail at the time of his arrest.

Bogle's grandmother - 66-year-old Barbara Ann Dunlap-Toombs turned herself into police Wednesday.

She faces numerous charges, including involuntary manslaughter and endangering the welfare of children.
