Nashville Police have arrested a second man in the December shooting death of Caitlyn Kaufman.
The nurse from Butler County was driving to work when she was murdered.
James Cowan was arrested Tuesday night, is being charged with criminal homicide.
SWAT officers captured Devaunte Hill last month.
Police say bullets from his gun matched shell casings from the spot where the fatal shots were fired.
Kaufman was a graduate of Butler Senior High School and Clarion University.
