Up to two inches of rain have fallen in some areas, according to the National Weather Service
Thunderstorm Warnings are also in effect in parts of the region.
A Tornado Warning was issued for parts of Mercer and Venango Counties until 2:15 p.m.
AccuWeather tells KDKA Radio the threat of damaging winds, hail and downpours could exist until late Tuesday night.
