A convicted sex offender's bond was revoked by a judge Friday.
Nigel Parms was arrested twice for breaking into and squatting in a home under renovation in McKeesport.
KDKA Radio’s Marty Griffin has been following the plight of property owner Corey Diethorn, who had been trying unsuccessfully to have Parms removed.
A magisterial judge ruled Parms could remain in the house until a November bond hearing, but that ended in a different courtroom Friday.
Diethorn spoke with NewsRadio KDKA after Parms' bail was revoked. He says he’s able to get his property back and is gathering evidence for a hearing on November 6.
Parms was taken into custody Monday morning.
