Shorty’s at The Waterfront in Homestead has officially reopened after a month-long closure, rebranding itself with the new name Shorty’s Social Kitchen.
Herky Pollock, a founding partner of Legacy Realty Partners, tells KDKA Radio that they chose to overhaul the location after acknowledging the previous concept fell short of company hospitality standards.
The redesigned venue features a fully remodeled interior and exterior, a revitalized bar program, updated karaoke facilities, and newly expanded scratch-made menus categorized by the time of day.
"We want our guests to be proud to bring their families and friends here and proud to share their experiences with others," said Pollock. "We care deeply about this community. We care deeply about our team and their families. And we care deeply about the experience of every person who walks through our doors."
