A man fired a shot last night during an armed robbery in Homewood.
Pittsburgh Police said it happened shortly after 7pm at Family Dollar on Frankstown Avenue.
Witnesses told police the man pointed a gun at them, demanding money from the register.
Then he shot a bullet into a wall before taking cash from the register.
The suspect then ran from the store.
No one was seriously injured.
