The Pittsburgh FBI is now leading the investigation after shots were fired at ATF and Pittsburgh Police officers Wednesday night in the Upper Hill District.
The incident began to unfold around 11 p.m. on the 900 block of Clarissa Street.
Shots were fired at an ATF agent's vehicle, but the officer was not injured.
City police say two people were taken in for questioning but have since been released.
SWAT searched a house in the area just before 12:30 a.m. that was believed to be connected to the investigation, but there are no arrests at this time.
