Troopers seek suspects in gambling machine theft attempt

Pennsylvania State Police in Greensburg are investigating after two people attempted to steal a gambling machine from a Laundromat in Youngwood, Westmoreland County.

Troopers say the theft occurred on May 22 just after 1:15 a.m. at the Youngwood Laundromat on North 4th Street.

Photos show two men wearing masks and latex gloves trying to unbolt and remove a skill game kiosk with an adjustable wrench.

The suspects fled the store after another person walked in and saw them tampering with the machine. No merchandize was taken from the business.

After further investigation, police learned another attempt to steal a skill machine from a business happened the same night in Allegheny County.
