Allegheny County announced the reopening Wednesday morning and are allowing visitors to come to the pool for free for today only.
In addition to free admission, the county is also giving out free passes to its first 100 paying customers on Thursday. Those passes can be used any time later in the season.
On Friday, visitors will have a chance to win various prizes from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
