A 26-year-old man is accused soliciting sex from a teenage girl on the South Side on Tuesday morning.
Police say Deonta Dux of McKees Rocks told a 13-year-old girl who was with three other children, he wanted to have sex with her.
When he was told she was underage, Dux allegedly replied, "I don't care about her age… that is what we do in my country."
Dux is in the Allegheny County Jail, charged with solicitation, sexual assault of a child and more.
His preliminary hearing is next week.
