A consumer alert has been issued for a restaurant/bar on the South Side.
After an inspection by the Allegheny County Health Department, Oddballs on the 1500 block of East Carson Street was hit with multiple violations.
An inspection shows poor employee hygiene, a lack of cleaning and sanitation, cooked chicken and partially cooked French fries were being held at a temperature of 89 degrees.
Evidence of cigarettes, marijuana, including a glass pipe and a grinder were found in the kitchen.
Other issues include finding old rodent droppings, no certified health manager on duty, leaks in the food preparation area, the dishwasher was not sanitizing and more.
In all the Health Department found 16 violations.
