With Pittsburghers celebrating Halloween, crowds Saturday night in the South Side were some of the biggest police say they've seen in five years, and there were no major incidents.
Patrols in the East Carson Street Corridor produced 31 citations from Thursday through Sunday for things like disorderly conduct, public urination, open containers and smoking marijuana in public.
There were six arrests, four of them for gun violations.
