Criminal homicide charges now filed in connection with that workplace shooting in Springdale.
Allegheny County Homicide detectives say 32-year-old Niko Hostler of Verona is charged in the killing that took place at Oaks Auto/Truck around 5 p.m. yesterday.
He's accused of killing 53-year-old Christopher Ashbaugh.
According to the criminal complaint the argument began when Ashbaugh wanted Hostler to respond to a tow call towards the end of his shift.
Ashbaugh was shot multiple times and taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
