Pittsburgh Police are investigating after a man was found dead early Sunday morning in a Squirrel Hill parking lot, appearing to have been struck by a vehicle.
Officers were called around 4:30 a.m. to the 5700 block of Forward Avenue, where they found an unresponsive man on the ground.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Allegheny County Medical Examiner identified the victim as 56-year-old Sadao Oka of Wilkins Township.
The office lists the time of incident at about 3:40 a.m. and says the cause and manner of death have not yet been determined.
Police say a woman is in custody and is being interviewed at headquarters. The investigation is ongoing.
